With the aid of maps, there is therefore a geometrical solution to finding the framework within which are located landscape zodiacs.

To find the signs of the zodiacs, large scale maps can be studied for clues in the relief,

track-ways, woodlands, rivers, place names etc. By remaining consciously aware of what we are looking for, the landscape zodiacs can be found simply by following one’s intuition. However, we do have guides. Religious constructions dating from especially the 11^th to 13^th centuries have in general replaced much older religious sites and are an obvious place to start looking.

Manipulating the Divine

The divine pattern was incorporated into the texts of the great sacred works of literature through a code of numerology and symbolism which is often only revealed by studying one of the ancient esoteric sciences such as the Cabbala. The same pattern is repeated in sacred architecture and sacred music. It is the blue-print of our reality, following the chosen divine proportion of 2 :1; the basis of the knowledge that was revealed within the sacred Hebrew texts that were recovered in the Holy Land following the first crusade.

But if the chosen proportion and number of the divine pattern was different, then our « perception » of the universe wouldn’t be the same. Once the perfect union between our consciousness and the divine pattern has been achieved the pattern can be consciously adjusted. This change in the « etheric » blue-print is the starting point from which our ancestors manipulated the material on the scale of the landscape zodiacs.

The Awareness of Unity

The ancients incorporated the landscape zodiacs into their lives by following the cyclic patterns of the cosmos through the territorial signs. By going to a specified location at the appropriate time, with the absolute intention of creating the divine pattern they participated in the process of bringing awareness to unity. It is the true act of pilgrimage.

Through this commitment to the cyclic nature of the universe, the respect of the divine pattern in thoughts words and deeds, and the utmost respect for all of creation, our distant ancestors succeeded in constructing their harmoniously balanced societies, the mythological Atlantis and the New Jerusalem.

We are at the turning point in the cyclic evolution of the universe that was prophesied to rediscover the ancient divine knowledge. The Age of Aquarius is revealing a new level of understanding. We need only to accept an awareness of the divine as the source of all creation
